How About This For My Leopard Gecko's....?
in my leo gecko terrarium would a heat mat with a thermostat be ok for heat ... and for light a repti-glow bulb
Hello; yes, that set-up sounds like it will be perfect for a Leopard Gecko; especially when used in combination with a thermostat in order to keep the heat-mat from getting too hot. I have heard nothing but good reviews about the Repti-Glo bulbs; though I personally haven't used them myself. A quick tip; though: they are full spectrum bulbs and with Leopard Geckos being nocturnal; it is especially important to provide your Leopard Gecko with plenty of hides and ways to avoid the light should your Gecko feel the need.
