Terrarium Mister

i have this 5 gallon tank that is a terrarium right now with just plants and stuff but i want something living in it. right now there is a devils ivy in it, thyme plant and a white ribbon plant and some rocks and a bowl of water that the ivy is in and lots of potting soil lol...

so anyway ill most likley clean everything out and restart if i get a turtle ...

what is the best type of small turtle. what do i feed it? also are any of the above plants listed ok for that kind of turtles environment? also how much water needs to be in the tank? and how much land? waht should the land be made of?

what is a good filter for the water? what plants are safe for them? and anything else i need to know!!
