I need a bulb quick!!!?

I have to get my White's Tree Frog's cage up from 62 to 70 with a night bulb, what would do the job but not be to hot?
A 14 watt or a 25 watt, the cage is 24x18x24, Exo Terra.

I think a 25 watt would be most ideal, 14 watts is just not going to be enough for an eight degree change.
