reptile cage decor?
I just bought a 260 gallon terrarium for my young iguanas (they will be free range when they are older) anyways there is alot of space in there and there are no branches or anything that reach up to a suitable Basking Spot (71") Ive looked at bird perches but there is no way to jerry rig them onto the terrarium. any suggestions for a set up?
I would use gravel, sand or Reptile Bark as a substrate. I would use a natural looking wallpaper for the background. I would recomend a tropical treel like a palm, banana, or papaya tree. I would plant other small non-toxic trees and plants for decoration. You might think of adding a pond or fountain to help maintain the humidity as well.
