Is "Repticare Rock Heaters" a heater that i could use for my rose haired tarantula?
im getting a new pet and I want to get a cheap heater for the tarantula so if this isn't can u recommend sum other heater that's cheap.
Unless it gets below 40 degrees F for long periods of time in your room, I wouldn't worry too much about temperature. Rose hairs come from such a rough climate, the Atacama Desert, that they can easily take the low temperatures. At night, it can get below freezing in the Atacama, and at day, it gets up to the 70s. This is why the chilean rose is such a great beginner species. They come from such a cool, dry environment that they don't need heaters or misting.
