Is chicken-fried steak a common meal where you live?
We live in Texas and it's a staple but my daughter has been working in San Francisco and says that people ask what it is?
We have a restaurant in town that makes their chicken-fried steak cover the entire plate with delicious thick cream gravy....mmmmmm....so good!
I'm really hungry and I am dying for something fried or a big heap of mash pototoes!

I gotta have a big chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, fired okra and spicy cornbread, a few times a month
