Hi everyone.. im very new to yahoo and i would like to know a question about breeding reptiles:)?
I have a male and female green basilisk and a male and female chinies water dragon those are my lizard and for snakes i have male and female emerald tree boa,and male and female amazon tree boa and i would like to know if i have to keep them separte and only put them together during breeding.
you're new to yahoo, huh? you should meet john b aka johnny L since your question is word for word just like the many he's asked. what a coincidence! he's asked numerous questions about breeding water dragons, basilisks and amazon tree boas. what are the chances?!
to answer your question, there is a reason all professional breeders keep their animals separate. they don't hang out together in the wild, so why would they in captivity. they encounter each other during the breeding season.
